Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developerwith6 to 7+ yearsof hands-on experience in full-stack architecture. In this role,you will lead the design and development of complex digital products,taking ownership of backend services,dynamic front-end interfaces,and core system architectures. The ideal candidate does not just write functional code—you possess anin-depth understanding of code execution, underlying framework architectures, optimization, and scalable engineering practices. As you will be working closely with a UK-based team and stakeholders,fluent English communication (written and spoken)is strictly required. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Architecture & Development: Design,build,and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, Java,and React. Deep Code Craftsmanship: Write clean,highly performant,well-documented,and testable code. Deeply analyze code performance,memory utilization,execution context,and algorithmic efficiency. Backend Systems & APIs: Develop robust RESTful and Graph QL APIs,microservices,and system integrations using Python and Java frameworks. Front-End Excellence: Build dynamic,responsive,and intuitive user interfaces in React,ensuring seamless UX and optimal browser performance. Code Reviews & Quality Standards: Enforce rigorous code quality standards,conduct thorough peer code reviews,and mentor team members on architectural best practices. Database & Infrastructure Management: Design efficient database schemas (SQL/No SQL),write optimized queries,and assist with cloud deployment/CI-CD pipelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with product managers, UX designers,and UK-based clients to translate technical requirements into clean software solutions. Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Core Competencies Minimum 6 to 7 yearsof dedicated,hands-on experience in full-stack software development. In-Depth Mastery of Python & Java: Deep knowledge of core language internals,asynchronous programming,concurrency models,memory management,and major frameworks (e.g., Django, Fast Api, Flask / Spring Boot). Advanced React Proficiency: Strong experience with React fundamentals (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand,state management, SSR/Next.js,performance profiling,and component lifecycle). Deep Technical Foundations: Exceptional knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, System Architecture, Object-Oriented Design (OOD),and Design Patterns. You understandwhyandhowcode works under the hood. Communication & Soft Skills Fluent English Communication: High fluency in both spoken and written English isessentialfor daily stand-ups,technical documentation,and direct collaboration with our UK team and clients. Problem-Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for debugging,root-cause analysis,and optimizing complex systems. Technical Stack Expectations Languages & Frameworks: Python, Java, Java Script (ES6+), Type Script, React.js. Databases: Postgre SQL, My SQL, Redis, Mongo DB. Dev Ops & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP experience is a strong plus. Testing: Py Test, JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, TDD principles.
